Order Cancellation Policy

At Glam & Treasures, we begin processing orders promptly so we can get your purchases on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact Glam & Treasures as soon as possible and include your order number.

After 24 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after an order is placed may not be accepted.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer may refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy to determine whether the item qualifies for a return.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.
