Pre-Order Policy

Some Glam & Treasures pieces are offered as pre-order items. Pre-orders allow you to reserve select styles before they are ready to ship.

Please review the information below before placing a pre-order.

Pre-Order Processing Time

Pre-order items typically require 7–14 business days to be prepared before they are shipped.

The 7–14 business-day timeframe begins after the pre-order is placed.

Please note that this timeframe is separate from the shipping transit time. Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Payment

Payment is collected immediately at the time the pre-order is placed.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for shipment and agree to the stated pre-order timeframe.

Pre-Orders With In-Stock Items

If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your items will be shipped separately.

In-stock items will be processed and shipped according to our standard processing timeframe, while the pre-order item will be shipped once it is ready.

Additional shipping charges may apply to separate shipments where applicable.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour cancellation window.

After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact Glam & Treasures as soon as possible and include your order number.

Pre-Order Delays

While we work to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated 7–14 business-day timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, Glam & Treasures will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include cancelling the pre-order for a refund.

Unavailable or Unfulfillable Pre-Orders

In the rare event that Glam & Treasures is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the customer will be notified and the order will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

Tracking

Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

You may also use the Glam & Treasures Track Your Order page to monitor your shipment.
